Thank you for your question.  I agree with your assessment, and you are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty surgery.  I also agree with elevating your tip, but also you do have a hanging columella which I would like to make smaller.  My recommendation is to find 2-3 very experienced rhinoplasty surgeons in your area and make sure that you carefully study there photo galleries.
