Fillers could definitely improve the symmetry of your lips. There are many options available to you, Juvederm and Restylane being the most common name brands. Most of the fillers are different varations of hyaluronic acid. No more than 1cc would be needed to improve the lips. This would avoid giving you an "overdone" or "duck lip" look. The cost depends on where you are treated and who performs the injection. Typically this ranges from $350-500 for a 1cc syringe.

Thank you for the pic and question. Facial asymmetry is very common but if it affects the way you feel about yourself the lip asymmetry can be fixed with fillers. The best way to determine will be by consultation. That's the only way to tell how much product will be needed and price varies from injector to injector and also by location.

Hello,  Thank you for your question and picture. Based on what can be seen here fillers can help to make your lips more symmetrical. However it is very common and normal to have some asymmetry in the mouth area. It is difficult to say exactly how much you will need without an in person consultation. However it would be wise to start with one syringe of a Juvederm or Restylane product,  then evaluate. If you're concerned about the lips becoming too large, Volbella may be a gentle way to start.  This product will help smooth the lip lines and give a very subtle hydrated look without making the lips too big. You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical lip. Nova threads can be used to improve lift and shape. Implants or fat are alternatives. Cost will vary. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Dear clowatto,I perform a lot of lip injections with fillers such as juvederm and it works great. Many times I need to put more in one side than the other to attempt to even out the lips. Fillers will help, You probably need 1mL to start, Restylane or juvederm are commonly used. The asymmetry should get better and less noticeable. Cost depends on who does it, where and the technique, something like 500-700 usually. 

Thanks for sharing your question and photo. Lip and face asymmetries are very common and can be improved using dermal fillers.  For lip asymmetries, I like softer HA gel fillers like Restylane Silk and Juvederm Volbella.

They can access what the structural issues are around your lips and which filler is appropriate. Ask to see their before and after pictures. 1 syringe should give a nice result. Cost is usually 500 and up.
