I had lip reduction a couple years ago because my bottom lip was huge and they were chapped 24/7. The doctor lied to me saying it would fix the chapped lips but he knew it wouldnt, all he cared about was the money. So my lips still chap all the time and i hate the way the lips look. They dont look natural, at least before they did. Im pretty sure they are asymmetrical. Im not looking to get them as big as they use to be but would reconstructive make them a little bigger? I need to fix this :(

Answer: Lip correction Without an examination, it is not possible to determine what is the best treatment plan for your lips. Generally speaking, lips can also be made bigger with filler and this would avoid another surgery and can also be reversed if you are not happy with them. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Answer: Lip repair Unfortunately this is a situation that truly needs to be evaluated in the office before any real advice can be given. I do a lot of lip reductions and I invented a dermal-fat graft procedure 25 years ago for permanent lip augmentation and natural looking fullness. I also do the full range of filler work which is nice but always needs to be redone when the filler disappears in 3-9 months depending on the filler used and the patients response to it. Your previous lip reduction has probably left some scarring and it is impossible without feeling (palpating ) the lips to really access their status and to know what approach is best to get you the size, fullness and symmetry you are looking for. If you can make it in for an evaluation I am sure I can achieve most of your goals
