I am 8 weeks post-op and need butt implants taken out. Will my skin sag?

Intramuscular butt implants i want and need removed. I have had complications with them and now the left side is so tight i cannot walk properly. Will my skin sag or will it retract because its only 8 weeks post op ? Thanks

From your photo it appears as though you had quite large implants placed on top of the muscle or “subfascial”. In this case the skin is much more likely to succumb to extreme pressure‘s and give way to more severe stretch marks. It is likely that if you just completely remove the implants...

Stretch marks are rare after any augmentation- breast or buttock, but can occur. If they are red they can be treated with laser treatments or microneedling. Check in with your board certified plastic surgeon and get their opinion
