Your concerns are within the normal time frame of healing.  Understand that you had a very significant procedure done and it does take time to recover.  You did have actual surgery and just like any other surgery you need to be patient and allow time to heal.Best of luck and hope this information helps!

I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a liposuction surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides  you will be able to see the final result of your surgery.

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation and discomfort are normal.
If this doesn't improve over time, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

are you just venting or do you have an actual question?  You had  full body liposuction and fat transfer to your buttocks.  Full body liposuction is going to feel like you had a stainless steel tube shoved through your body a few thousand times.  That's pretty much what you signed up for when you chose to have this procedure. Recovery takes 3 to 6 months but you should feel better in a few days. Personally I would be taking 800 mg of ibuprofen every six hours. This is far more effective than taking half a Norco.  Each day should get better but expect to be swollen for a while.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
