Hello Doctors, I have my BBL 5 weeks ago. I had 860cc in each cheek & 100cc in each hip. The doctor used PRP. My hip measurement is still at 47 inches. I found different opinions from different doctors on fluffing after BBL surgery. Some doctors say fluffing is a myth. Other doctors say fluffing is real. They say fat cells shrink when trying to survive, but after having blood supply & nutrients the fat cells become plump & the stem cells in the fat cause growth of more fat cells. Is this true?

Thank you so much. Based on your pictures you are good candidate for full body intense liposuction and BBL. I would suggest to be treated by board certificated plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.

Without examining you in person it’s difficult to know exactly what is going on. I’d suggest booking an appointment with your surgeon to be examined, they’ll be the best suited to figure out what exactly that lump is.
Dear Natali700,
I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. Based on your photo and description, there is a chance that this is fat necrosis. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment....
