Thank you so much. Based on your pictures you are good candidate for full body intense liposuction and BBL. I would suggest to be treated by board certificated plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Hello and thank you for posting your question with photos. I see no issues as long as the tummy tuck is not too recent. Fat for a BBL can come from any place in your body. Areas with more fat or with stubborn fat are best. This is why we always recommend the the upper back, lower back and or love handles, waist and stomach. So in your case we can definitely use the back fat. You can get upper, and lower back lipo with waist and flank lipo as well. This will be more then enough for great results.Arm fat is also stubborn fat, but there is usually not enough of it to make a big difference. This is not a problem. We can add the arm fat to any other fat that is harvested. Best of luck,Dr. Miguel Mota
hello thank you for your question and provided information as well.. based in your question and the picture you showed . It is difficult to answer your question without examining you however from reviewing your photos you may not have enough fat from those two areas to transfer to your hips and buttocks. Ideally liposuction full back , lower back ,waist countour and belly .its recommended if you get a consultation personal with a plastic surgeon to discuss all about theme.
Thank you for your question! Yes, you can have fat liposuctioned from your arms and back, then transferred to your buttocks/hips. However, your results will depend on how much fat you have in those areas to be transferred to your buttocks. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon who can assess you in person and create a plan to get you to your goal. best of luck!
Thank you for the question and photos. It is difficult to answer your question without examining you however from reviewing your photos you may not have enough fat from those two areas to transfer to your hips and buttocks. Ideally abdomen, thighs, lower back, bra roll, anterior flanks are preferable sites. It is best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.
Thanks for your question. When planning a Brazilian butt lift, patients can look forward to a double benefit: reducing areas of unwanted fat while gaining a perkier, rounded posterior. Each procedure must be planned according to the individual needs of patients, harvesting fat from target areas of the torso, arms, thighs or knees and transferring it to create smooth, attractive contours optimized for each person. The amount of fat transferred depends on the quantity available and the extent of buttock augmentation each patient desires. Sufficient body fat for a buttock augmentation is very patient-specific, depending on an individual’s body shape and proportions as well as their expectations. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.
Fat can be taken from many different areas of the body including abdomen, sides, back, bra rolls, thighs, arms, underarms, etc. You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems after the liposuction. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred. Kenneth Hughes, MD, ABPS Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Yes, it is possible. Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back, arms and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
You can transfer fat from your arms and back to your buttocks and hips. I’m very excited about a new high tech device used to inject fat into the buttocks. It’s called the Vibrastat. (Please see the Vibrastat video on our page). I hope you find this information useful. Please watch the enclosed video.
Hi and thank you for your question. From the information and photos provided you will probably require more fat for a bbl than only from back and arms. Depending how far out you are from your tummy tuck you may need to do abdomen and flanks as well for a desired result.
Without examining you in person it’s difficult to know exactly what is going on. I’d suggest booking an appointment with your surgeon to be examined, they’ll be the best suited to figure out what exactly that lump is.
Dear Natali700, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. Based on your photo and description, there is a chance that this is fat necrosis. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment....
This is a question only your plastic surgeon can answer as he knows how you are healing. Any pressure on the buttocks would need to be avoided. After 6 weeks the fat has revascularized, so you may want to wait until then.Kenneth Hughes, MD, ABPS Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA
