I am a just over 3 weeks after my procedure of my flanks/upper and lower abdominal. I am making progress and know that it takes time. I am anxious to get back to the gym and Pilates to help improve my core. I use a massager 2-3x a day and it does help with the tightness. I wear the comression garment but when I take it off for more than an hour I am very uncomfortable. I want to ask when its an appropriate time to start mild to medium exercise at the gym and Pilates classes.
