I am 2 weeks post smart lipo. I began to notice that I have many dots in my skin. After taking a picture it seems like my pores are enlarged. Is this a normal reaction? Is there something I can do to reduce this?

Answer: Enlarged pores after SMART Lipo What you are demonstrating is redundant skin which results in this appearance as it collapses on itself. What you need is to have a tummy tuck to remove redundant skin especially since SMART lipo has not resulted in any net improvement in your contour highlights.
