Is Smart Lipo a good alternative for a facelift?

Smart lipo is used to reduce fat beneath the chin and along the border of the mandible (the jowls). A facelilt tightens the skin of the face itself and can also be used to tighten loose skin (not remove fat) from the chin and jawline areas. The two procedures can be combined, but they are not treating the same issues and are not interchangeable.

Smart lipo is very good for removing neck fat along with some skin tightening.It works well for heavy necks and not very well for thin, wrinkled necks.Aging continues after facelift and SmartLipo, and in ten years you will liklely wish some further aging improvements.
