Is my lip filler migrated or is this normal?

I got lip fillers only twice in the past two yeas and each time it was 0.5ml. By the second time around I started seeing a ledge or obvious over lining of my lips that doesn't look natural. So several months (9+) later I went back to my injector and asked her to dissolve some filler so I can get fresh one without the ledge, she dissolved only the moustache part and a week later I went in for another 0.5 ml. But it still looks unnatural to me! Pictures before any filler attached for reference.

I can’t see included pictures, so it’s hard to make an assessment. At nine months any previous filler should be mostly gone. Some patients who’ve had multiple treatments with filler may have residual volume not related to residual product. We don’t know what this volume is caused by but most likely it’s scar tissue due to chronic inflammation from having multiple treatments.
Consider giving lip, fillers, arrest and getting back to baseline to have a clear assessment of what your lips look like without product.
Likewise, you may also want to consider your provider and if they are of sufficient caliber in regards to quality work. In my experience, fillers, do not migrate. This concept is overused as a poor excuse for poor technique.
