Generally, if you have a delayed hypersensitivity to fillers, it is localized to the location of the filler. The inflammation is obvious. As much as I personally do not like the Bratz doll style lip treatment, the lips are not red or angry. Before you rush out to remove this service, which will not be that easy, I recommend you work with an allergist to help confirm you are allergic to the filler by controlled testing. If you are reacting to the filler, it should be as fully removed as possible. Do not get talked into permanent filler like grafted fat. These permanent fillers are never ideal, are difficult if not impossible to remove, and at some point you may come around to liking more natural looking lips.

I think that you have lumps after juvederm dermal filler injections. This is not a contact allergy and requires different treatment.
Juvederm lip filler has a higher risk of causing lumps compared to other fillers on the market. These lumps usually appear a few weeks after the Juvederm filler treatment. They can feel like little, tiny nodules and look reddish and inflamed.
Juvederm is produced with a special technology called the "Vycross Technology". This technology uses hylauronic acid, which are tiny sugar molecules in the skin, and links them with each other. What is special about Vycross is that it mixes small hyaluronic acid molecules and big molecules together.
The thing is that small hyaluronic acid molecules can set off the immune system. As a result, the immune system attacks the tiny molecules the filler is made of. This can cause lumps and redness of the skin.
Sometimes, a cold or viral illness before the lip filler can also cause a higher risk of these lumps. Having dental work done within a few weeks before and after the treatment can cause bacteria to spread into your bloodstream and settle on top of the lip filler.
In many cases like yours, the filler has to be resolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. Often, doctors also treat patients with this type of lump with steroids and antibiotics.
