How can I correct the permanent damage to my lips from years of them being overfilled?

I've had filler for 7yrs. There was a point while being injected, the filler was literally bursting out of the injection sites because they were so overly full. I eventually started dissolving / refilling areas to correct migration. The last time I dissolved they were so wrinkley/saggy that I ended up refilling after a week.Now I want them fully dissolved, but am concerned about the permanent damage. They have been stretched significantly. What treatments or surgeries can I do to fix them?

I would dissolve slowly over time to allow your skin to retract in between treatment and for your to get used to the look. Skin takes up to 6-8 weeks to start shrinking. After 7 years and multiple syringes, you might benefit from increment dissolving. Hope this helps.

We can’t really make an assessment without seeing pictures. If you’ve stretched out your lip tissue from overuse of fillers than that it’s now what your lips look like. Fat transfer may be an option or continue using fillers in a more conservative manner.
