I've had filler for 7yrs. There was a point while being injected, the filler was literally bursting out of the injection sites because they were so overly full. I eventually started dissolving / refilling areas to correct migration. The last time I dissolved they were so wrinkley/saggy that I ended up refilling after a week. Now I want them fully dissolved, but am concerned about the permanent damage. They have been stretched significantly. What treatments or surgeries can I do to fix them?
