Will butt implants make a difference when wearing clothing? i notice alot of ppl get it for their beach bodies but i find when i wear shorts and jeans the back to me looks flat. and what sort of considerations need to be made for men who want butt implants. im 60 and in good health. do they differ from female patients. all the info would be great as this is a procedure i dont want a revision on. thankyou
Answer: Buttock Implants for show in clothing Of course it will depend upon the fit of the jeans or shorts you wear but yes definitely buttock implants can provide an enhanced look in most clothing. The operation is very similar in men as in women except men typically have more of a round shape buttock cheek so round implants are most commonly used. Size too is similarly determined by a combination of precise buttock cheek measurements and a patients reasonable desires/expectations. Because very few surgeon perform many buttock implants I highly recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon that specializes in this procedure. Glad to help.

Answer: Male Buttock Augmentation Buttock implants are designed to enlarge the buttocks both with clothing on and off.Larger implants will be required for patients who desire to see results through pants and clothing.Males tend to bleed more than women during this surgery due to the relatively larger size of the gluteus muscles.Buttock augmentation is not a low risk procedure; revision surgery should always be considered a possible option after any cosmetic plastic surgery. Please consult with an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in person prior to making any treatment decisions.
