Dimple on cheek after Butt Implants?

Can you explain why I would have a dimple on each cheek, never had them before. Happened after the implants were put in? Everything else is healing perfect. How can this be corrected? Update: sorry bad lighting I had mine under the muscle I thought I was seeing a small dimple on each cheek possibly small area of cellulite. However today when I looked in the mirror everything seemed normal. It's only when I stand a certain way. Could cellulite be treated on implants if ever needed?

Sure, buttock implants can be placed at the same time that fat is transferred to the hips. I am not sure why you would not use your own fat for the buttocks as the complication profile for the BBL is much less extensive than for buttock implants. I perform about hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts...
