Dimple on cheek after Butt Implants?

Dear dreamin, You did not give me enough information to answer your question intelegently. The best is to post your before and after pictures - front, side and oblique views. Also , was it sub muscular, intra muscular or sub fascial ? How long after surgery are you ? What does your surgeon say about the dimple ? Once I have this information , I will be more helpful. Most likely your buttock implants may have been put in the subfascial plane and the dimple reflects the level of tissue dissection to place them. If it is within the first month after surgery, the dimple may eventually go away. If it is three months or more after surgery, it will not and will require fat grafting to eliminate its presence.
