Dear Lamarrr, Butt implants or breast implants do not feel like mother nature but they are very close. It takes few months for the capsule ( scar tissue around the implant ), to soften up and for the butts to jiggle. In regrd to feel, it depends on the tissue thickness. I have patients that you can not tell that implants are in place. Other patients who have thin skin, the implants feel like a tightened muscle. They are never hard because the implants are made of very soft silicone ( called semi solid ). Another issue is the shape. A natural looking butt requires oval round implant . The pocket starts near the posterior iliac crest which is the natural attachment of the gluteal muscle. These factors creates a very natural and attractive butts. Typically 6 or so months after buttock implants, the patient and their buttock tissue accommodate the implant such that it feels and moves most naturally. Very similarly, this happens with breast implants as well as the mind and body just get used to the implant being there such that it is not recognized as "foreign" any more. Glad to help
