Dear Susanpeters, There are 4 methods to increase your bottom size : excersize, synthetic injections, fat injections and silicone implants. The 1st is very difficult to do and maintaine and the enlargement is modest. The 2nd is associated with many comlications and even fatalaties that were published in the media. The 3rd sounds great but the sad reality is that it does not stay beyond 6 - 12 months as I have learned from many patients who came to my surgery center for butt implants after having fat injection by other surgeons. Think about it, if fat injection would have been so reliable, breast implants would have been out of the market... Your best option is the 4th - soft , semi solid silicone implants. The implants can be made to your size and shape desire. Consult with board certified plastic surgeons who do lots of butt implants surgery. There are many shapes and sizes of buttock implants. Also buttock implants can be custom made. However you need to know that the bigger the implant the more frequent the complications and the need for further surgery.Samir Shureih MD.FACSsshureih@msn.com

Pics results that you are showing on here are not implants. Implant does not give that kind of projection or shape on butts.Also you are looking for hour glass figure...implants dont give it..
