Butt implants for a male?

Dear Peter,,   Butt implants size depends on measurements, desire and the elasticity of the skin. The picture thgat you show, reveals quite a sizeable butt. In my experience with butt implants surgery on men, the skin is not as elastic as with females. That means that you most likely will have to have 2 stage surgery in order to get the size in the picture. That will allow the skin to strech and accomodate larger implants. The only technique that will enable large implants is the sub fascial plane.The sub muscular or intra muscular planes allows only smaller implants.The biggest implants that I have inserted so far are 565cc, but larger sizes can be custom made. Check on my website the before and after  pictures for males and see if you like the size.
