Butt implant dehiscence (post op 37 days), what should I do?

did MRI AND ULTRASOUND ultra sound results: -Minimal subcutaneous collection is noted at midline-normal underlying muscle layer but have a lot of yellow liquid coming out. also had a fever , maximum was 38.2 but now max is 37.6 also, i panic when i let my mom clean from inside with beta-dine and fuicidine as it hurts a bit. What is the solution? Wound is not closing at all.

If a BBL has already been performed, I ask patients to wait a few months after a BBL. However, a BBL can be done at the same time as buttock implants. . Please be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well known for it.
