I have a a sharp pain in my left cheek ever since. It radiates down my leg into Low left back, especially when exercising. I have 300 round implants. When I lay flat on my stomach and try to lift my left leg straight up off the floor to do yoga, etc it is so painful it almost goes numb yet I can still feel pain. I can do the same to my right and that 1 is totally fine. What could this be? I don't believe it's a contracture
