  You should go to your surgeon for a complete in person evaluation.  The right surgeon will listen to your concerns and go over your options.  Be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well known in the community for it.

 I personally am not familiar with Motiva body implants but I understand they are breast implants not buttock implants. Silicone gel buttock implants are not FDA approved for good reasons. Silicone gel  implants placed into the buttock tend to have a high complication rate such as rupture and deformation secondary secondary to capsular contracture. So, time will tell. Best of luck. 

Generally it is wise to give it a minimum of 6-8 weeks before judging since the implants will usually sit a bit higher in the immediate postoperative period as compared to the final result.Best thing is to be patient and await settlement of tissues.
