Should I have bumps and dents, 7.5 years after rhinoplasty?

It has been 7.5 years I had rhinoplasty. After 1 year I noticed a bump on the bridge of my nose. In subsequent years the bump got bigger and very visible.In time there were more bumps combined with collapsed parts. Im very upset about the shape of my nose STILL changing after so many years. I keep discovering more bumps/dents.Since 3-4 years its also clearly visible to others.Im afraid of a reconstructive.It seems that the tissue is too weak.And a filling could only work with the collapsed parts
