I think you mean chin augmentation (not reduction) with a rhinoplasty. Since the cost of surgery can vary widely, you should submit your pictures to individual doctors online and ask them for pricing. That is the best way to get good cost numbers for a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation.

Rhinoplasty and chin implant is a great combination and performed together to deep project the nose and increase the projection of the chin for better facial balance. It also makes sense to have both procedures done together to have one anesthetic and one recovery time.

Please see a facial plastic surgeon that has performed a lot of facial plastic surgery procedures.  From the photos you show, you would benefit from thinning your nose and this can be done with a closed rhinoplasty.  As for your chin, please speak in depth with your surgeon about this.  Your chin is a bit receded and  you want to be sure to discuss your goals with the surgeon before having any procedure.
