Accidentally pulled stitches tighter?

I had rhinoplasty on February 6th and have had an uneventful, normal recovery. Tonight, I was pulling at what I thought was a loose scab but was actually a stitch and it feels very tight now! I looked inside my nose and appears pulled and looks very tight, like its pressing down on the flesh surrounding the stitch. My doctors office doesn't open until morning but I'm terrified I've caused damage that will effect my result or nasal structure. Are the tight stitches causing any permanent harm??
