Hi Gorgeous. It is hard to tell completely from these photos because I would also want to see oblique and side views, but I have a feeling you could benefit from buccal fat removal. However, you may want to wait some bit as we naturally lose some of our baby fat as we get older, and it is possible your lower face may slim out on its own in a couple of years. Good luck!
