Hello, hope you are well. Thank you for submitting your photos and question. I agree that if you are planning to lose weight, it is always to your benefit to stabilize your weight at your goal prior to undergoing most face and neck contouring procedures (including buccal fat removal, lipotransfer, liposuction, etc). Otherwise, you are working with a moving target. Having said that, if you had a stubborn pocket of fat under the chin even at your ideal weight, chin liposuction and/or a neck lift could be necessary to achieve the contour you are aiming for. It's a similar concept with buccal fat removal. Without seeing a proper profile view, an accurate assessment of the potential benefit of a chin implant cannot be made.
