Hello. I will be getting a facelift in a few months. The doctor has also recommended buccal fat removal to enhance my results. I am nervous this will make me look gaunt. In your opinion , would I be a good candidate for buccal fat removal? Thank you for your time!

Yes, these procedures are both performed from an intraoral incision and can be performed simultaneously. I recommend the use of custom implants for the jawline. These are made from a CT of the mandible. The procedures are performed in the office with sedation anesthesia.
