I had a BBL in June 2017 and developed fat necrosis in one area that is painful and has required lancing multiple times to release fluid. I am having it surgically excised. I want to have a 2nd BBL because I am very unhappy with the results from my first surgery (flat spots and very uneven) and to correct the contour deformity from the fat necrosis excision. I’ve already had one surgeon turn me away for a revision because of the fat necrosis. Will I be able to find a surgeon to help me?
