Thank you Dr Larson for making me look like the way I have always wanted to see me. You have my utmost trust and gratitude for life! You're honesty and your truth help me make the decision. Your staff especially Taylor, answered all my phone calls and texts with profession. Your office and you were always there when I needed you and I know you have made my recovery that much quicker and better. Those of you contemplating plastic surgery, and my case breast reduction and lift, don't waste any more precious time. We have so much time on earth, be happy, be you. Please go see Dr Larson you will not be disappointed. I am finally happy when I look in the mirror. But don't worry about Dr Larson I will be back I'm sure there is something else I can find to nip and tuck lol
I cannot say enough good about Dr. Larson and his staff. I had a breast augmentation, and I had a less than perfect outcome, through absolutely no fault of Dr Larson's. He validated my concerns, and patiently supported me through everything. I've heard so many horror stories about Doctors ignoring their patients, or making it seem like it was the patient's fault--this was never the case with Dr. Larson. He stood by his work, was emotionally supportive through everything, and is exactly the kind of doctor you'd want. His entire staff is so sweet, and everyone genuinely cares. I wish I could rate him (and his team) more than 5 stars!
Highly recommend!!!! I had a c-section scar revision (basically a mini-tummy tuck), lipo 360 (including chin/neck and thighs) and breast implants. Dr. Larson patiently listened to my goals and never rushed me through any appointment. He always found time to answer all of my questions, and supported his answers and opinions with thoughtful and educated responses. Dr. Larson is very personable, genuine, and has excellent bedside manner. The day of surgery I was so nervous, and he spent extra time with me to keep me laughing and ease my anxiety. Not only was Dr. Larson amazing, but his whole staff is outstanding. His patient coordinator was available after hours via text, email, and phone, answering any questions I ever came up with. His staff is excellent with follow-up, and all very sweet and made the whole process so efficient and pleasurable. Dr. Larson’s facilities were very nice, with lots of new technologies. My results from the procedures are amazing; the scars are so well healed and so smartly placed, and he gave me my dream body!! I can’t imagine a better experience, especially since I had many other consultations with other doctors in the area. Truly had a wonderful experience, and highly recommend Dr. Larson and his team to anyone!!!
I am a 20 year VICTOR of Breast Cancer. At first, I was really depressed and didn’t want to go through the awful treatments and surgeries I would need to survive. Eventually, my husband and my Doctors and their nurses convinced me to begin my journey through this trial. It certainly has been an interesting and enlightening journey. There were so many surgeries and pain and medication that I felt like getting off the bus a couple of times and then there were the reconstructions I went through. I had such a beautiful body before and now there were all these scars and “adjustments”. I was never satisfied with the results. The Doctors were good and very professional and the nurses were angels, all of them. I gradually came to realize how lucky I was and how much I had to be thankful for. God was there all the time and He put my husband and these medical professionals in my pathway until I finally made my choice to move forward with my life after the challenging experience. Then, I found Dr. Larson & his Team who assisted me to reach my balance. They gave me back my beautiful body and I look even better than before. With all the love, assistance and support of my husband, my family and friends, and my team of doctors I survived to now being a VICTOR. I am choosing to speak out and Thank all and especially now Dr. Larson and his team for the wonderful support I have received. With their help I am feeling better about myself than I did when this experience first started. And I felt pretty good about myself before the cancer. :) My experience has been that Dr. Larson and his team are the most caring & loving health care professionals that I have ever encountered and I have come across many health care professionals. I give him and his team a complete 5 star review. Thank you, Dr. Larson (my husband says you are a terrific mechanic) and your team of Leanne, Shanna and now Colleen and Laura.
I absolutely love this Doctor. He is very up front about what he is going to do, tells you in terms you will understand. He is very caring and explains fully what you need to do to care for your self after surgery. My surgery went great thanks to the instructions given and the care Dr. Larson and his staff gave. It looks wonderful. I would refer any one that asks me to Dr. Ethan Larson.
Dr. Larson and his staff were exceptional. Liane is his concierge and they work in tandem to answer all questions and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Larson was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and kind. He spent a great deal of time answering all of my questions in the office. I felt comfortable with him. He met with me just before the surgery to answer any last minute questions and I felt like I was part of a team. He met with my husband immediately following the procedure and gave him the postop instructions for the first 24 hours. I followed up with him the very next day and his first question to me was regarding pain management, which is so important after surgery. I work in healthcare, and this is something that is generally under addressed. Further, my pain was more than adequately controlled. I have felt completely taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend this surgeon. Regarding my results, I couldn’t have asked for better. I had minimal bruising only around the incision sites and the incisions look great. The breasts are symmetrical and the outcome was better than I had imagined. Pros: all of the above. Cons: I honestly can’t think of any. I’ve worked with surgeons for over 10 years and my experience with Dr. Larson has been above and beyond any other experience I’ve had. Again, I highly recommend him.
Dr. Larson, Yesenia and Liane have truly made my entire experience amazing! They are knowledgeable and take the time to address questions which make me very comfortable. Not to mention the results, Dr. Larson is highly skilled and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Nothing but top notch care!
Dr. Larsen and his staff are very kind and I like that they offer the option to have surgery in a hospital. The administrative portion was disorganized, resulting in extra driving across town because they forgot to take photos. Unfortunately, the results of the surgery were terrible and my arms are asymmetrical and also have terrible raised seams and a lumpy appearance because the skin wasn’t evenly tightened. It’s depressing to know that this is my “after”. The upper arms are also smaller than my lower arms. This wasn’t explained in advance and I didn’t expect that the lower arm liposuction would just create a weird indent on both arms.
I have one more week until my procedure! Im so excited. That doesn't even begin to emphasize it. I've seen other people post their entire story and to me those are most inspiring so im hoping to do the same. So far Dr. Larson has been extremely helpful in making me feel confident in this procedure. Dr. Larson, Liane and his staff have been patient with all of my questions, concerns, and even while shopping around for more opinions. He is honest with the results you should anticipate and seems to have a great eye for what would be right for my individual needs. Though my case is very rare, his team never made me feel like my goals arent achievable. His practice even had free consultations through the pandemic, to me that says loads about their integrity and character. 10/10 would recommend again. Now the procedure (1 out of 2) is all that awaits! Updated on 18 Dec 2020: I came down with a cold so for safety my surgery date was changed till the beginning of January. I am super bummed but i know getting it while sick could have caused wayyyy more complications than the pain I will already be dealing with. Wosh me luck this next one is the real deal! Good things come to those who wait though right? :) Updated on 28 Mar 2021: These photos are very hard for me to post since this is such a big deal for me and has affected me my whole life but I want people to see what an incredible job Dr. Larson has done so far! Can't thank him enough for taking this challenge on. Updated on 28 Mar 2021: For the first surgery Dr. Larson did liposuction to the flanks and outer thighs and a fat transfer to the buttock. These photos are almost 2 months post op. Will keep profile updated after second surgery which is now scheduled for July 14th 2021.
Hello. HIFU may ultimately be of some help. I don't think it will get you all the way to an optimal result. While 3 months is still a bit soon to be worrying about this, it does look like there is some asymmetry with the left side being larger than the right. Strategies to improve this would include working very hard to develop your pecs to help melt some of the fat and better fill the skin envelope with muscle. The next level of intervention would be liposuction in conjunction with a technology like Body Tite or J Plasma (now called Renuvion.) The final thing would be to attempt full surgical revision. That would most likely require a longer scar than you already have. Hope this helps.
Hi there. I am aware of no surgical intervention to improve the vermilion border. I think cutting along it to better define it would be much too risky. I would look into either low volume filler in the white roll to help improve the vermilion border or potentially having a medical or aesthetic tattoo artist have a look and see if they can offer any improvement. Hope this is helpful. Good luck.
Hello. It looks like your breast reduction is still healing. There is a great deal of settling out that occurs following vertical breast reduction. For this reason, you really can't appreciate the final result until several months have elapsed following the operation. I would say the soonest it would be safe to perform fat grafting (if the dent persists) would be three months. The cautious approach would be to wait 4-6 months. I hope this helps.
Fat necrosis from a previous surgery does not prevent revision surgery. You may want to consider having a slightly lower volume of fat injected. Also, the surgeon will need to be very precise in placing the fat to optimize its survival. For that reason, the procedure could take longer than average. I would wait until the scar has completely healed after they excise the previous necrotic area so that your surgeon will know what to do to address any deformity that results from its excision. Good luck.
Great question and thanks for providing a picture. I certainly think there is hope for your belly button. I think the most likely procedure to work would be a circumferential umbilicoplasty. Essentially, the excess skin surrounding your belly button would be cut out and tightened in a circular fashion. Portions of the remaining skin can be attached to the abdominal wall to create more of an "innie." This would leave a circumferential scar around the belly button that would fade with time. Hope this helps.
