I've spent a lot of money on fillers and prefer sculptra when it can be used bc it's more cost effective. Have had sculptra in temples and mid cheek. Any suggestions on what can be used? Is sculptra an option? I believe filling the area would help my lids look less hollow as well. I'm quite thin and was able to put weight back on my body but not my face.

Answer: Upper lid fillers I love Sculptra and agree with you 100% that it works great and is cost effective. It COULD be used in this area (definitely not FDA approved though). The other option would be to try just a touch of fat grafting in this area, which I would actually prefer based on your picture - an advanced technique to be sure. It would look even more natural and of course be permanent. Fat is missing, replace fat, that kind of thing.

Answer: Filler along orbital rim (brow bone) All fillers will last quite long here, even HA fillers because the movement is very little. Sculptra can be injected along the bone. You might also consider Bellafill. My usual filler is Restylane but have used the other 2 as well. I wouldn't use Juvederm or Voluma here, I think a higher G Prime is more preferred.
