Concerned about loss of volume of my brow bone but can get my dr to inject sculptra there? (Photo)

Thank you for your question. All hyaluronic acid fillers will last long in the tear trough area because there is little movement. You can have Sculptra injected along the bone. However, I do prefer to use Restylane in this area because it is a thinner filler and attracts less water. I always use a cannulas to reduce the risk of swelling and bruising. Please find an expert injector in your area.

A combo of Sculptra and hyaluronic acid fillers probably is best.The hyaluronic acid would be used near the thinner eye skin and the sculptra deep into the temples and deep brow.

I love Sculptra and agree with you 100% that it works great and is cost effective.  It COULD be used in this area (definitely not FDA approved though).  The other option would be to try just a touch of fat grafting in this area, which I would actually prefer based on your picture - an advanced technique to be sure.  It would look even more natural and of course be permanent.  Fat is missing, replace fat, that kind of thing.  

All fillers will last quite long here, even HA fillers because the movement is very little. Sculptra can be injected along the bone. You might also consider Bellafill. My usual filler is Restylane but have used the other 2 as well. I wouldn't use Juvederm or Voluma here, I think a higher G Prime is more preferred.
