Sculptra: How soon should (can) painful inflamed lumps be treated? My face is inflamed, heavier and asymmetrical. Ugh. (photos)

I feel like SUCH an idiot. I am very risk adverse yet I opted for this Sculptra without researching it. My excellent PS recommended it and I immediately reacted with pain and inflammation in the cheek bone area, my jaws were soon killing me and I couldn't even open my mouth by bedtime. My PS has never had a patient develop even a nodule. Yes, I massaged. I have 2 large, hard lumps. How soon should (can) these be treated? I've never seen that question asked here.
