I had a 1500 graft FUE done yesterday and I'm kind of freaking out right now about density and a lack of bulbs. Advice? (photos)

It is hard to tell because of the scabbing, but based on the pattern 1500 grafts sounds about right. Patience is needed at this point and time will tell about the graft density.

It is likely that you were informed that density that can be achieved surgically is not the same as your natural density.  There is always a discrepancy.  The key is to stay on hair saving techniques (like finasteride, Rogaine, PRP, laser therapy, etc) which will enhance your surgical results. Go back to your surgeon and discuss all of your options.  Best of luck to you. 

If you are concerned about the density that has been achieved with your surgery you ought to go back and see your surgeon who will be able to advise on treatment so far and create a plan for eventual treatment if you needed a further operation. 

There is nothing you can do at this point about the density so focus on what you can deal with: focus on getting those crusts better. Try a soak in shampoo

I think a return visit to your surgeon is in order. Actually you should have had a day after procedure appointment as part of the normal protocol.  I wish you luck.

Clearly freaking out won't help but you should return to see your surgeon and express your concerns immediately. Also get those crusts washed off
