Hello, I will undergo incisional revision double eyelid surgery. Is taking antibiotics absolutely necessary? Last year I had to take 7 different antibiotics for a UTI that wouldnt clear. Even though I took probiotics I battled vaginal trush for almost a year, gastritis, diarrhea and multiresistent pathogens, hives and severe vomiting. I am okay with an antibiptic ointment, but prefer to stay free of antibiotics. Thanks you.
