I will finally be having forehead reduction surgery. How can I best prepare my body for the surgery and healing process? Any vitamins to take or avoid? Any recommended scar fade creams that can be applied to fresh / healing wounds? That is relatively simple surgery with minimal recovery time, Scar is well hidden in the hairline and practically invisible after it fully matures (1-1,5 y).
