Question

I had ptosis surgery 3 weeks ago but my eyelid droops to the same position that it was before my surgery. Now After 3 weeks, my question is will it raise up anymore? And how much can it still raise up, if it can at all still?

You need to let the eyelid heal for 4 to 6 months to really know what type of result you have.  Persistent swelling can make the eyelid heavy and affect the eyelid position.  Patience is required here.

It appears your right upper eyelid is still swollen.  I can't tell if you had an internal or external (eyelid incision) ptosis repair).  It looks like after your swelling is totally resolved that your right upper eyelid will look more symmetric to the right side.  Give it time.  You could continue to use warm compresses, and consider trying an oral NSAID (like Alleve, Ibuprofen) at the recommended dosing to help with the swelling.  Keep in touch with your surgeon, who wants you to do very well and be content with the outcome.  I have seen ptosis eyelids improve greatly even after a month following surgery.  Best regards.
