Hi, I am assuming the ptosis surgery was done on the left upper lid and still is lower than the other side. It can be lifted higher conservatively so that the eyelids can still close over the eye. I also note that your right upper eyelid seems to be in a slightly higher than normal position...

It is a question that your surgeon is best equipped to answer. He knows what was done and what sutures are done and how patients heal in his/her hands. There is pros and cons and operating too early. Communicate with your surgeon.
