Negative Canthal Tilt/ptosis/scleral show/hereditary lateral canthal malposition? (Photo)

So done with having a tired ecpression on my face, every time I relax my face a little, my eyes droop. I'm sick of it. Spent months trying to correct this with wearing a tight ponytail. Worked a little but it stretched my eyes and made them hurt. How can I fix my negative canthal tilt to make them look like the second picture?
