He / she needs to know what kind of implant it is and if it also addresses the pre jowl sulcus or not, so it would be best for you to obtain the operative report of your implant surgery from your chin implant surgeon and provide it to your ThermiTIght surgeon. Thanks for your question. It is possible to undergo ThermiTight for tightening of the jowls and neck area. ThermiTight is effective, and the recommended number of treatments to see results is around three. A consultation would  be necessary to determine if you are good candidate for ThermiTight.

It is safe to perform the ThermiTight procedure on the jowls if you have a chin implant. The ThermiTight device is placed in the very superficial layers of tissue so this should not interfere with an implant that is placed in the deep tissues along the surface of the bone. 

There should not be a problem. The chin implant is silicone which is inert. The thermi can be done for the neck and jowls -- it depends on what you look like to know if this is the correct procedure for you. I would need to see you first to determine what is the best procedure.
