Hi 87not, Thank you for your question regarding whether a mini arm lift can give you great results with a very little scar. Thank you for your questions and pictures. In general, the longer the scar, the better the results and more impactful the surgery.
Basically, you stated you do not want to get an arm lift with a long scar under the arm. Therefore, your only other option is a mini brachioplasty. The mini brachioplasty give mild to modest results. The mini brachioplasty is also called the crescent brachioplasty. The crescent brachioplasty procedure is best for patients with excess skin and fat in the upper third of the inner arm. The scar depends on the patient. Some crescent brachioplasty scars are very small and some are 4 to 5 inches. Usually, the scar is not noticeable from the front, but some crescent brachioplasty scars can be seen from the back. For you, since you do not want the full brachioplasty, there are really no other effective treatments for the upper arm. I have provided a picture below of the crescent arm lift.

At your age, you might do very well with minimally invasive plasma energy skin tightening with Renuvion with a tiny scar. Otherwise, the mini arm tuck might work well. Please go visit with a plastic surgeon.

An in person evaluation is best. The length of the scar is determined by the amount of skin that needs to be removed to contour the arms correctly. I encourage you to begin by scheduling a consulltation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you. Here you will be examined to determine the correct procedure to help you achieve your surgical goals. A quote will be given based on the recommended procedure.

I suggest you consider liposuction alone. Your underarms don’t seem to have a significant amount of stretch marks; therefore, you should see significant improvement afterward. The photos you posted are limited in quality, though. You can get a short scar facelift if you observe some sagging skin after liposuction alone, but you won’t burn any bridges.

Often it’s difficult to get the results that you would like if you are trying to do an operation that is smaller than what may be required. Remember that brachioplasty often includes Liposuction and Skin resection, however, depending on several factors, you may get some of the results that you want through liposuction alone. Furthermore, skin excision may come at a later time, and to get the optimum results, the optimum length scar would be required. It’s difficult to, eliminate the fact that you will require a scar.
