Already had a labiaplasty but still not happy, what procedures can I do in USA for a Barbie doll look?

My suggestion for you is clitoris aesthetics (without opening the clitoris too much), minimal labiaplasty, plumping the outer lips with fat transfer, and whitening procedures. Hello, based on your photographs, I can understand your desire for additional surgery. Unfortunately, cutting the tips of the inner lips won't have the same aesthetic effect as you witnessed. However, I can assure you that you still have sufficient tissue to proceed with composite reduction labiaplasty, which will give you the same excellent results as Barbie without affecting your sensation. You require inner lip and clitoral shaft correction, which the composite reduction labiaplasty will provide. I would recommend selecting a physician using this method. all the best

As the inventor and innovator of the wedge technique in 1994, I reconstruct many women who have had labia reductions by other surgeons, both wedge and trimming techniques. Your previous surgeon left considerable tissue on the sides of your labia and on your clitoral hood. The reconstruction is more difficult than a primary labiaplasty and should be done by a plastic surgeon with extensive experience in labia reconstruction. I published the first and most extensive paper on labia reconstruction in the prestigious journal "Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery" about ten years ago, and about 40% of my female genital surgeries are reconstructions of botched labiaplasties.

I would remove the extra tissue on the sides of your labia and clitoral hood and probably suggest a clitoropexy with a clitoral hood reduction. Your clitoral hood is long, wide, and protuberant. It can be decreased somewhat by reducing the sides. However, I pioneered a clitoropexy with clitoral hood reduction in which the clitoris is pushed closer to the pubic bone and the width, thickness, length, and protuberance of the clitoral hood can be drastically decreased. I have done it over 350 times with excellent results. I have not published this technique, so no one does it like me.

Your labia majora are small so fat injections to the majora may help achieve your goal.

You only get one good chance to reconstruct you, so be patient and ask a lot of questions.

Hello, the procedure you need to do right now is clitoral hoodoplasty and labiamajora filling. This way you can have a look similar to the one in the picture.

It appears to me that the reason you're not happy has more to with your large hood not having been reduced at the time of your labiaplasty. You cannot achieve what you're looking for without a clitoral hood reduction with clitoropexy at the time of a revision labiaplasty.
The majority of your work involves expertly reducing and lifting the hood and from there begin to sculpt your labia for both structures to look as youthful and aesthetically pleasing as possible.

Thank you for your question and photos. The "Barbie doll look" is created by removal of enough labia minora tissue that it does not "peek" through from under the labia majora. Every woman's anatomy is slightly different and in your case, based on these photos, you seem to have an extra labial fold outside the labia minora and have excess tissue over the clitoris. Your labia majora look deflated in these photos. An in person physical examination is required to determine the exact surgical approach to achieve the results that you desire. If you were my patient, I would do a secondary labia minora reduction, complete removal of the extra fold of tissue surrounding the labia minora and extending into the clitoral hood, a clitoral hood reduction and fat transfer to the labia majora. I do these surgeries in our accredited office surgery suite under local anesthesia with minimal oral sedation.
See a board certified plastic surgeon or gynecologist who have extensive experience in female genital cosmetic surgery for an in person consultation/evaluation. Remember, not all do. Good luck.

You should meet with the doctors you want to have your surgery done and see the photos of their previous labiaplasty surgeries.

I think the surgeon photoshopped that pic. Sorry but i just don't believe it. Also, it is an on table pic. So if it is real maybe he put fat graft into the labia majora to give it that appearance. But some of the fat will dissolve so you don't really know her end result. On table pics are not the end result. Its how they look post op 6 months to one year post op that matter.

Can be done! Your surgeon to my view did a perfectly acceptable but not-too-generous wedge, and apparently did nothing with your rather robust prepucial skin folds. Any skilled and experienced plastic surgeon or cosmetic gynecologist who can show you, via multiple "before & afters" on his or her websites, that they perfom aesthetic trim/linear labiaplasties should be able to meet your expectations.
