I had a labiaplasty 2 years ago where they made the labia minora a little smaller but I'm still not happy with it all. I would love to get the outcome I've seen a specific doctor in Turkey gets since there's no way I can go to turkey, is there any other procedures I can do in America to get that barbie doll look? I understand that's not what everyone wants but its a personal preference. Please help as its my biggest insecurity.

Answer: Still not happy after labiaplasty It appears to me that the reason you're not happy has more to with your large hood not having been reduced at the time of your labiaplasty. You cannot achieve what you're looking for without a clitoral hood reduction with clitoropexy at the time of a revision labiaplasty.

Unfortunately, cutting the tips of the inner lips won't have the same aesthetic effect as you witnessed. However, I can assure you that you still have sufficient tissue to proceed with composite reduction labiaplasty, which will give you the same excellent results as Barbie without affecting your sensation. You require inner lip and clitoral shaft correction, which the composite reduction labiaplasty will provide. I would recommend selecting a physician using this method. all the best
