I’m 32 and female. Not happy with my side profile. Specifically the relationship between my chin and neck. I’m thin, but there may be fat there? I just don’t feel like my cheeks and jaw are balanced.

Hello. You will not see a great benefit only with a chin implant. You have excess fat tissues in your submental area. Kybella typically takes 3 to 5 treatments to work. This is why I've stopped carrying Kybella in my office. I recommend neck liposuction more often then any injectable procedure for the neck now. It provides superior results gives me more control over the area than any injectable. It also costs about the same as what you paid for your first kybella session. The liposuction can be done under local while awake in the office and recovery is about the same as kybella.

Chin augmentation is a good, straightforward option to achieving an improved profile. An implant in combination with submental liposuction would help to balance your facial proportions while also helping to sharpen your neckline. Your chin isn't too recessive. Perhaps neck liposuction would be enough to give you the profile look you're after. 
However, a proper examination is needed to offer a detailed recommendation. If a chin implant is indeed necessary, a custom chin implant is the best way to do it. 
A custom chin implant will minimize all common issues associated with off-the-shelf implants.

Chin Implant alone will help in your case. No need of Kybella or any other expensive injections. Slightly enhanced chin through scarless intraoral approach will work well.

From one limited photograph, it appears that you have a recessive chin profile and significant genetic fat deposits in your neck located BOTH above and below the platysma muscle in the neck. Liposuction can only accomplish removal of the fat Deposit above the muscle which would be ineffective. Injectables placed here are going to be ineffective as well. Consider placement of a chin implant to augment the week Chin profile forward for better structural support for the soft tissues in the neck. A neck lift procedure can accomplish removal of fat deposits above and below the platysma muscle which also includes  a platysma-plasty to significantly improve the jawline. Both the neck lift and a chin implant can be performed simultaneously under one anesthesia with one recovery period.
