I had Bellafill injections and would like to lose 20 lbs. Is there a chance the filler will look weird after the weight loss, or would I just possibly need more? Unfortunately I didn't really think about this before I got the injections. Thank you!

Answer: Bellafil doesn't go into the fat Bellafil is injected in the deep dermis- high sub-Q, and as such should not be affected by a 20 lb weight loss. If facial fat is lost, however, you might need to replace that volume with Voluma, Restylane Lyft, Radiesse, or Sculptra to avoid looking too gaunt. I do not recommend Bellafil for Volume replacement.

Answer: Filler and weight loss I prefer to use the hyaluronic acid fillers. If you lose weight, you may need more filler as the face deflates as well.
