it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, there is no need for fat transfer after lipo. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

The short answer is that when performing lipo, enough fat should be left under the skin to prevent what you are describing
