I'm in my 20s and I have these neck lines for awhile . I recently had a 1 syringe of restyalne injected directly to the lines to smooth them out, and after about a weeks I see no results , they look the same, is there anything I can do to minimize the look of them?would another syringe of restylane help?
Answer: Microdroplets Of Botox & Belotero Balance Work Well For Horizontal "Necklace Lines" It was nearly twenty-five years that I first began injecting microdroplets of Botox placed along the horizontal necklace lines that surround the neck in order to quell the muscular movements that contributed to their formation. Later on fillers were added to supplement and prolong the benefits of the treatment. Since the skin of the neck is relatively thin and since, in order to elevate the depressions, the filler must be injected quite superficially within the dermis, in a series of "mosquito bite-like" blebs along the entire lengths of the lines. If not done properly, the desired effect will unlikely be achieved and the results will not last long. Owing to the very superficial location of the injection, the risk for bruising is increased, but more importantly there is a greater risk for giving rise to the unwanted bluish/gray Tyndall Effect. For this reason, I prefer to use Belotero Balance in my NY office, since it possess little tendency to give rise to this unwanted effect. (In my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved fillers are available, I typically opt for Teosyal Redensity II or Aliaxin FL). Make sure that you are consulting with an experienced, board certified aesthetic physician and be certain to ask to see his/her before and after photos of necks treated in this fashion. Best of luck.

Answer: Neck Lines / Tech Neck / Neck Wrinkles -- Soft Fillers (Belotero) in combination w/ Lasers and Microneedling/PRP "Injecting soft fillers like Belotero in this area can reduce lines, wrinkles and folds as well as improve skin texture with long-term collagen production. Fillers are being used more frequently to contour and lift rather than solely line fill. Of course, fillers are best used in combination with lasers and microneedling with PRP to get the optimal outcome. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to create an individualized treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer"

Answer: Horizontal Neck Lines While filler may help with these lines, it is also my experience that skin tightening helps more. I have been using fractora with or without fillers to help smooth these lines. I have seen excellent results with this approach.
