Hyperpigmentation after Restylane injection under eyes, not fading after 2 years. Is this permanent?

I developed PIH after filler injection for under eye bags. The injection made them worse, so I had them dissolved with hyaluronidase. Almost 2 years later it shows no sign of improvement. Everywhere says PIH recovery is up to 1 year, so I'm very disheartened now! Will it improve with time? I can't understand why it's taking so long... Could laser make it worse? I'm skin type II-III.

Hi,  Thank you for your post. Half a syringe of Restylane .5cc should be enough for your upper lip. You can always add more a week later once the swelling goes down if you decide that you would like them a little more full.
