I'm 2 years post op tummy tuck surgery. Last year I had belly button revision surgery because my belly button closed. 4 months later my belly button closed again. Had another revision surgery but this time my surgeon completely closed my belly button. Now he wants me to come in every 3 months for cortisone shots where my belly button use to be. Will this help or is this just another procedure that's going to fail. I'm desperate at this point. Please help...

It depends on an individual. Generally speaking, it usually takes around 6 months to a full year for the sensation to completely recover. You are still early in the healing process and will continue to see improvements in the coming months.
