Unfortunately there is no magical cure for this. Continued steroids will make the roundness worse. Since there must be a reason you are taking the prednisone then you should consult with a doctor in person to go over your medical history and all. Chin liposuction will help but isn't always the answer as if you remove it and then just have it come back its not worth it!
this is a bit of a complex topic. The first step would be coming off prednisone if you're still on it. If you need to be on prednisone for medical reasons then that's a different story.
