I am really anxious to do a BBL - is this possible? Is there any doctor who's willing to work on me and do me a tummy tuck and a Brazilian butt lift.

Hello, thank you for your question. Based on your photos you can benefit from a BBL, but also a TT. Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, thighs, flanks, and back and make the waist as small as possible. The fat harvested can be transferred to the buttocks to ensure optimal fat viability and projection. How flat the abdomen will be will depend upon how much fat is removed from the area as well as how you heal. You may find after lipo that the laxity of the skin on your abdomen requires a TT at a later date. I recommend you to schedule an email or Skype consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.

Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Hello! Thank you for your question and pictures. I believe you are a great candidate. You might have to consider adding a Tummy Tuck to your list of procedures, or probably lose some weight before surgery and try to avoid the Tummy Tuck with vaser and/or JPlasma.

generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a BBL, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery.If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.

You may be able to just have lipo 360 with a BBL (may not need a tummy tuck).  Your BMI is high, but if you are otherwise healthy and active, the risks remain generally low.

To me you don’t seem like you need a BBL. Your bottom is quite substantial to start with. First and foremost you need to lose weight. Your pictures are in adequate to make an accurate assessment. I suggest schedule local board-certified plastic surgeons in your area.
