Hello, thank you for your question. Based on your photos you can benefit from a BBL, but also a TT. Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, thighs, flanks, and back and make the waist as small as possible. The fat harvested can be transferred to the buttocks to ensure optimal fat viability and projection. How flat the abdomen will be will depend upon how much fat is removed from the area as well as how you heal. You may find after lipo that the laxity of the skin on your abdomen requires a TT at a later date. I recommend you to schedule an email or Skype consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).Kind regards
Hello! Thank you for your question and pictures. I believe you are a great candidate. You might have to consider adding a Tummy Tuck to your list of procedures, or probably lose some weight before surgery and try to avoid the Tummy Tuck with vaser and/or JPlasma.
Based on these photos, you may be considered as a candidate for lipo and fat transfer, depending of evaluation and practice standards, experience. It looks like you already had TT? In any case, weight loss would be favourable for both procedures. In person evaluation is recommended. Good luck.
Dear bubii88.generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a BBL, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well.Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
You do look a good candidate for 360 lipo, and fat transfer to the but. It will provide que shape you are looking for.
Hello, thanks for your question and photos. You are a candidate for Liposuction, with Tummy Tuck, and BBL. After a complete evaluation, a certified plastic surgeon can make a plan for the best results, for extracting extra fat, eliminate saggy skin, and inject fat for shaping your buttocks. Before the procedure, you must stay at your right weight for the best results. Do not forget to follow the pre and post-operatory instructions and to be sure that your lifestyle is going to keep you in the best shape. Good Luck!
Dear Bubbii,You may be able to just have lipo 360 with a BBL (may not need a tummy tuck). Your BMI is high, but if you are otherwise healthy and active, the risks remain generally low.Dr T
To me you don’t seem like you need a BBL. Your bottom is quite substantial to start with. First and foremost you need to lose weight. Your pictures are in adequate to make an accurate assessment. I suggest schedule local board-certified plastic surgeons in your area.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
Hello, thank you for your question. When doing liposuction of the lower abdomen, mons pubic, it is normal that the area get bruised and swallowed, but having liposuction would not change your vagina or any other organ.
If you schedule surgery then you’ll have a plastic surgeon already. I suggest you discuss your concerns with him or her. If you haven’t done so already you should also discuss this with your primary care physician who can refer you to a back pain specialist. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD linea nov...
