You appear to have a trace amount of eyelid ptosis. This can cause the eyes to look asymmetric. This can often be improved by tightening the muscle to raise the lid. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area.

Botox to the upper eyelid muscle would be appropriate after ensuring there is no neurological cause to the right ptosis.
