When someone looses weight and has sagging skin there, and does not wish any implants or a fill-up, but just wishes a lift up of the sagging skin, is there a procedure for that?
Answer: Is There Such Thing As a Butt Lift Without an Implant or a Fat Transfer?
There are several forms of buttlifts that do not involve implants or fat transfer. This type of surgery will involve longer incisions to lift the buttocks. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of buttlifts and body contouring proecdures each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

Answer: Butt Lift , Dr. Adibfar, Plastic Surgeon , Toronto
Hello ;
It is possible to perform a formal buttock lift for a saggy buttock with an incision placed above the buttock.
I also use the segment that some may discard as a "vascularized flap" which is tucked into the buttock and therefore act as your own "living implant" which would give you additional projection and contour and prevent the flattening associated with your "standard " buttock lifts.
Thank you

Answer: Absolutely! Sagging buttocks can be lifted via skin/fat excision.
Congratulations on your weight loss! Loose or sagging buttocks can be tightened via skin/fat excision, commonly called a buttocks lift, posterior lift, or completion beltlift (for those who have had previous tummy tuck). If you look at my Butt Lift Spotlight on this site, or at the photos in my photo section of my profile on this site, you can see a gentleman who underwent a full circumferential beltlift (tummy tuck plus posterior lift at the same operation). You can click on the web reference link below for more examples of beltlift patients, each including the buttock lift you are interested in. Just last week I performed an isolated buttock lift (no tummy tuck) on a woman like you who had lost weight and did not need a tummy tuck, but wanted a lifted, smoother buttocks!
Not all patients will have the result this gentleman has, but your loose skin can be removed and contours improved immensely! The operation takes about 3 hours and is an outpatient procedure in our nationally-accredited (AAAASF) operating facility.
An increasing number of ABPS-certified plastic surgeons have experience with this procedure; call several and ask for more information and consultations before you decide to go ahead. Best wishes! Dr. Tholen

Answer: BBL procedure uses your own fat - no implants
The BBL procedure involves harvest fat from areas of your body where there is excess fat and injecting that fat carefully into the central zone of your buttock. In addition, it involves liposculpting the buttock to facilitate a more rounded look. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy. Please visit with a board certified plastic surgeon to learn more about your options.
